“In a unified, socialist Africa, the unemployment rate will never be greater than 1-2 percent. Production is based on meeting the consumption needs of the people, not the profit margins of a capitalist oligarchy. This is why the Pan-African Movement in Africa and in the African Diaspora must always be guided by the principles of humanism, collectivism, and egalitarianism which are the cornerstones of a genuine socialist society. Indeed, only a unified and socialist Africa will be able to pursue these principles and ensure their realization. For when your interest is the people, you produce for human needs which are unending.”
