All affiliate organisations must be tasked to use their communication tools to teach Afrikans and the world to understand agenda behind conflicts in Afrika through our communication media.

2.  ESTABLISHMENT OF LEGAL TEAM

WWPAM must have Legal Teams to teach and direct All affiliates organisations legal teams on measures to protect, direct and fight for rights of its members. Take measures to fight for release of its political prisoners. And also Appropriate measures to deal with West Papua case, other related cases and police brutality.

3.  ERADICATION OF POVERTY

Affiliate organisations must be tasked to eradicate poverty through community network engagement in youth empowerment, skills building, innovation, agri business  and exploitation of natural resources and must be heavily initiated by WWPAM and It’s Diasporan organisations and investors because this is another way of owning our land directly or indirectly.

4. BLUEPRINT FOR AFRIKAN GOVERNMENTS AND DIASPORANS

There must be think tank committee to come out with a blueprint for strategic development plan for Afrika and Afrikans(Diasporans) of how Afrika and her people should develop from Pan Afrikan perspective.

5. BUSINESS AND BANKING

All affiliate organisations must be assigned to achieve a goal of having business plans and Banking system to control cash flow among its members through community networking system. And WWPAM must have a central system to monitor and power this idea.

6. AMBASSADORS TO AU AND AUYC

These ambassadors must play a role to persuade and push agendas of WWPAM to AU and AUYC for implementation and possibly take roles in such institutions until we eventually invade.

7. SPECIAL AMBASSADORS

These ambassadors should be tasked to reach new and existing Afrikan and Diasporan(Afro American and Pacific)  governments and persuade them to use the “AFRIKAN BLUEPRINT“ Stated in #4 above.

And affiliate organisations must also have these Special ambassadors but in this case they will work to reach top most roles in governments, Policing, Military in order to pave ways for other members and possibly hold flagbearership of possible Political Parties  in Afrikan States where there’s no possibility of new Government or oppositions getting into power.

   8. COMMUNICATION TEAM

WWPAM must have communication team where  affiliate organisation’s communication teams can pull news and broadcast to the world. Affiliate organisations must also be tasked to have communication team for blogging, News broadcast in either electronic form or any other form. 9. HONORING AWARD SCHEMES

There must be international, national and  organisational heroes awards for members according to their roles played in their various organisations through electronic or physical means.

10. ENTERTAINMENT AND SPORTS

In this revolution no Afrikan must be left behind. Because of this member organisations must be tasked to have provisions for entertainers and sports people to participate. If we don’t have one we must create them to lead the struggle from another angle as our  plan “B” to spark the mind of people, engage with the people and revolutionarise their mind towards Pan Afrikanism. Because they have heavy influence on youths. There should be film making institutions to tell our stories in motion and work with existing film industries.

NB: There Must Be Ten(10) Committeess  From WWPAM Which Must Be Tasked To Manage These Ten(10) Proposals To Do Monitoring and Evaluation, Accessment, Give Reports and Update Executive Members of WWPAM and It’s Affiliate Organisations Either Weekly or Monthly.
